I really appreciated the extra mile, going out of your way to look for Leo, sending me updates and pictures.  I also appreciated the vacuuming!  I was also very appreciative of the confirmation and the thoroughness.  I was very happy with the service! 

 

 We were very impressed by the overall conscientious and thoughtful way you both cared for our cats as if they were your own, including administering their medications. We especially appreciated being able to check in by phone to hear how our cats were and you didn't mind us doing so. We also very much appreciated the detailed written log -the "cat-a-log"- left for us; we truly felt as though we knew exactly how our cats did on a daily basis the entire time we were away.  

 

We are very happy with your services and would easily recommend you to other pet owners. We appreciate the most the excellent communication, loving care for our dogs, and the ability to understand each of our dogs little quirks. 

I most appreciated knowing that Samson is well cared for and feeling secure when we are away.   I also appreciated that there is someone who loves him coming to visit. We appreciate your service. It allows us to know that our loved one is in good hands in the comfort of his home.

 Thank you for all the information and notes as well.  I must say I've been dealing with pet sitters/dog walkers for the past 8 years and have had many over that time, and you are the most thorough I've seen.  I appreciate it.   I've given your cards out to some friends of mine too. 

This being the first time we ever boarded or had a pet sitter come into the house we were a little apprehensive.  We've always had the luxury of a friend or relative taking care of our dogs.  Everything was fine and we returned home to a happy pet.  In fact the next couple days she seemed to be expecting a visit from Michele and Mimi.

I liked the fact that you stayed in contact with us. We also liked the detailed records you kept of feedings, medication distribution, and other activities.
